Cookies and local storage
- Strictly necessary: your language (
ok_langcookie, 12 months), your light or dark theme and whether you already rated a calculator (local storage). They are not used for tracking and need no consent. - Advertising: Google AdSense and its partners may set cookies or use similar identifiers to serve ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance and, with your permission, personalise them.
Google AdSense advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Learn more about how Google uses data from partner sites.
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: ads are only personalised with your consent, collected by Google’s certified consent management platform (IAB TCF). You can refuse, accept or change your choice at any time with the Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- United States: where state law gives you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or of targeted advertising, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link displayed by Google’s privacy message. After you opt out, Google only serves ads in restricted data processing mode.
- Everywhere: you can turn off personalised ads in Google’s My Ad Center and, for many companies, on optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
US state privacy rights (California and other states)
In the last 12 months we collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (IP address, cookie identifiers) and internet activity (pages viewed, interactions with ads). Sources: you and your browser. Purposes: operating and securing the website and advertising. The only “sharing” in the sense of the CCPA is the disclosure of these identifiers to Google and its advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of consumers under 16.
Depending on your state, you have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Send your request to cedric@studio2b.io; we will answer within 45 days after verifying your request. You may use an authorised agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.
Your GDPR rights
You can access, correct and erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to cedric@studio2b.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with the authority of your country.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is processed by our hosting provider, OVH SAS, in the European Union, and by Google for advertising. Google may transfer data outside the EU; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Children
Omnikalc is a general-audience website not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, our servers keep only the data listed above, and access to them is restricted.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top.
