How to convert square meters to square feet

Worked example: 100 m² → 100 × 10.7639 = 1,076.39 ft²
Multiply square meters by 10.7639 to get square feet. A 70 m² apartment in Europe is about 753 sq ft, and a 100 m² house about 1,076 sq ft. Because area scales with the square of length, the factor is 3.28084 squared, not 3.28.
