How to convert feet to centimeters
Formula: cm = ft × 30.48
Worked example: 6 ft → 6 × 30.48 = 182.88 cm
Heights are often given in feet and inches. Convert both parts to inches first (5 ft 9 in = 69 in), then multiply by 2.54: 69 × 2.54 = 175.26 cm. To go from feet alone, multiply by 30.48.
